Spicy Peanut Noodles

A super quick and simple Thai-inspired spicy peanut noodles - made in 20 minutes! Perfect for a weeknight dinner! Add some grilled chicken for extra protein!

What you need
cup vegetable oil

cup sesame oil

tbsp honey

tbsp soy sauce

jalapeno

clove granulated garlic

cup green onion

cup basil

cup chopped pecans
chicken breast
Instructions
1 Cook pasta according to package directions. 2 In a small bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, sesame oil, honey, and soy sauce. Set aside. 3 Once pasta is cooked, drain and set aside. 4 In a large skillet add the vegetable oil, jalapeño, and garlic and cook over medium heat until jalapeño is soft and translucent. Add the sauce and noodles to the skillet and stir to evenly distribute jalapeños and evenly coat noodles with sauce. Simmer over low heat for 5-10 minutes until sauce has thicken and pasta is sticky.
