What you need

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp rice vinegar

tbsp sesame oil
tbsp honey

tsp sriracha

tsp garlic powder

tsp ginger powder
tbsp warm water

tbsp water

tbsp peanut butter

tsp ginger paste

tbsp olive oil

yellow onion

lb ground chicken

green onion
cup roasted peanuts
head iceberg lettuce leaves
Instructions
To make the peanut sauce: 2 In a medium bowl, combine all sauce ingredients. Set aside. For the chicken sauce: 5 In a microwave safe bowl, stir together the chicken sauce ingredients. Microwave for 20 seconds, then stir until smooth. To make the lettuce wraps: 4 In a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and onion. Cook until the onion is translucent, about 2 minutes. 7 Add the ground chicken to the skillet. Use a spatula to break up the chicken into crumbles until it is cooked through. 10 Add the chicken sauce into the skillet and stir to combine. 6 Sprinkle with green onions and chopped peanuts.
