cup quinoa

cup dried mango

cup cilantro
cup shredded coconut

cup slivered almonds

cup golden raisin

cup edamame

tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
1 In a medium saucepan, cook quinoa according to package instructions. 2 In a large bowl, combine quinoa, mangoes, red onion, red bell pepper, cilantro, coconut, almonds, raisins, edamame, lime juice, and balsamic vinegar. 3 Serve immediately.
