cup mayonnaise

tsp dijon mustard

cup celery

cup pickled beets

tsp dried dill

tsp dried parsley

tsp dried tarragon

tsp salt

Instructions
1 Cut the chicken into very small cubes and roughly chop even smaller, if using rotisserie chicken or chicken breasts. 2 Add the chicken and remaining ingredients to a large bowl.
