What you need

tbsp smoked paprika

tbsp ground mustard

tsp salt

lb chicken thigh

cup bbq sauce
Instructions
0 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. For the seasoning: 1 In a small mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, smoked paprika, mustard powder, and salt until evenly mixed. Reserve half of the seasoning. For the chicken: 4 Place the chicken thighs in a dutch oven. Rub the remaining brown sugar all over the chicken thighs. 5 Arrange the chicken thighs in an even layer. Cover the dutch oven with the lid and bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. 6 Remove from the oven and transfer the chicken thighs to a cutting board. Reserve 1/3 cup of the liquid in the pan from the chicken and discard the rest. 7 Preheat oven to broil. 8 Shred the chicken and add back into a pot with the liquid. Stir in the reserved seasoning mix and bbq sauce. Mix until well combined. 9 Transfer the pot back into the oven. Broil for 3-5 minutes to get the chicken a little crispy on top.View original recipe
