full-fat coconut milk

cup water

cup sugar

tsp kosher salt

lime zest
Instructions
1 In a medium non-stick pot over medium high heat, add the rinsed rice, coconut milk, water, sugar, and salt. Stir until combined. 2 Bring to a boil. 3 Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and cover. Cook for 20-30 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until the rice is cooked through. 4 Turn off the heat and stir in the lime zest and lime juice.View original recipe
