What you need

cup flake coconut

cup sugar

egg white

tbsp all purpose flour

tsp salt

tsp vanilla extract

cup milk chocolate chips

cup butterscotch chips

Instructions
For the brownie layer: 1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spread brownie batter in prepared pan. 3 Bake just until sides begin to pull away from edges of pan, 10 to 15 minutes (do not overbake). Let cool slightly while preparing coconut topping. Keep oven on for topping. For the coconut layer: 4 In a medium bowl, whisk eggs with sugar, salt and vanilla. Gently mix in flour, coconut, chips and pecans. 5 Spoon macaroon mixture over brownie base; spread evenly. Sprinkle extra coconut if you would like. 6 Bake until golden brown on top, approximately 25 to 30 minutes.View original recipe
