What you need

cup puffed rice

cup nutella

tbsp maple syrup

cup chopped pecans

cup milk chocolate chips
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. 2 Mix the oats brown rice puffs, and nuts in a large bowl and set aside. In a small bowl, melt the Nutella and maple syrup together in the microwave (about 30 seconds). Stir until completely smooth. Pour Nutella mixture over oats and nuts and stir together with a rubber spatula until evenly coated. 3 Transfer to prepared baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring at each 10 minute interval. 4 Optional: Remove from the oven, (no need to stir). 5 Let the granola cool completely before stirring in chocolate chips. Please note that it will be soft when removed from the oven-- it will crunch up when exposed to air. Mine took about 30 minutes to crunch up. Enjoy!View original recipe
