What you need

date

cup dried cherries

tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

tbsp hemp seeds

tsp maple syrup

cup mini chocolate chips

tbsp pumpkin seeds

tbsp water
Instructions
1 Add all ingredients except chocolate chips, pumpkin seeds, and water to a blender. 2 Pulse 15-20 times, until the dates have been broken down and the mixture is coarsely chopped. Scrape sides if necessary. 3 Add chocolate chips, pumpkin seeds, and water and pulse 3-5 more times, until all ingredients are incorporated. 4 Shape into balls using a tablespoon scooper. 5 Store in an air tight container and refrigerate.
