What you need
green bell pepper
slice american cheese
slice provolone

tbsp olive oil

tbsp worcestershire sauce

chili pepper

lb beef patties

tbsp butter
box dinner rolls
Instructions
1. Season the slider patties with burger seasoning and Worcestershire sauce. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook 2–3 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside. 3. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil if needed. Add the diced onions and green peppers. Season with a pinch of salt and cook until softened and caramelized, about 8–10 minutes. 4. Slice the entire pack of rolls in half horizontally (keeping the tops and bottoms connected). Place the bottom half on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in a 9x13” pan. 5. Layer on the cooked slider patties, cooked onions and peppers, pickled hot peppers, slices of provolone, and a second layer of American cheese. Place the top half of the rolls on top. 6. Brush the tops with half the melted butter. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melty and the tops are golden. 7. Brush with the remaining melted butter, then slice into individual sliders. Serve hot!
