What you need

tbsp soy sauce
tbsp brown sugar

tbsp cajun seasoning

tbsp creole seasoning
tsp orange marmalade

tsp paprika

salmon filet
Instructions
For the salmon: 1 Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. 5 In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, cajun seasoning, creole seasoning, orange marmalade, and paprika. 7 Dunk the salmon into the marinade. Make sure to coat both sides. 6 Transfer the marinated salmon to the baking sheet. 8 Bake for 10 minutes. For the orange glaze: 13 Microwave the orange marmalade for 15-20 seconds so it's pourable. 12 Remove the salmon from the oven. Turn oven on high broil. 14 Spoon 1 Tablespoon of the marmalade over the salmon. 9 Broil for 5 more minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and no longer opaque.
