tbsplemon juice(about 1 lemon)

tspgarlic powder

tbsphoney(use more if you like your dressing sweet)

tbspapple cider vinegar

big pinch of kosher salt and pepper

For the salad:

romaine hearts, thinly sliced

cupcurly kale, destemmed and shredded

babycucumbers, thinly sliced

cupcherry tomatoes, halved

earsraw corn, kernels cut off the corn

cup pickled onions(or thinly sliced red onion)

cupshaved parmesan

Fresh basil leaves (any you have left from making the dressing)
